Ryan Flanzer
CEO, Nice Manor
Ryan grew up with front row seats to the music industry. Having been surrounded by the lifestyle of working in the business, his father Richard inspired his interest in music. Having managed artists such as Roger Daltrey (The Who) and Earth Wind & Fire, to owning Electric Lady Studios in NYC, and even producing landmark concerts, including Daltrey Sings Townshend (which set the Carnegie Hall box office record for fastest-selling concert), Ryan became accustomed to the lightning pace of the industry at a young age.
Ryan has created a strong reputation for himself in the industry by managing top tier projects including Chris Webby, Gareth Emery, Sammy Adams, DJ Carnage, Huey Mack, Tommie Sunshine, Mike Stud, Los 5, Raquel Castro, Audiobot, Ol’ Dirty Bastard’s Estate, Miguel, and more. In addition to his extensive experience in music, Ryan has earned a degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University and is recognized as a young mogul in the industry.
Today, Ryan is the CEO and Project Manager at Sony Music Entertainment (RED)’s newest label, Nice Manor. From his dynamic and skillful background, Ryan’s vision for Nice Manor is to bring all professional aspects of the music industry under one roof. With his expertise in management, production, development, and artist relations, Flanzer’s Nice Manor represents a collective service. Flanzer is also beginning to develop many promising up-and-coming artists.
Hunter Goodwin
Social Media Intern, Nice Manor
Hunter is a West Virginia native who came out of his shell by expressing himself on social media. Social media has slowly become his passion, and he is now starting a career in the industry as an intern. Hunter became Nice Manor’s Social Media Intern in 2018. Hunter has worked with MTV Siesta Key’s social media accounts and successfully ran several pages for them. Hunter maintains Nice Manor’s digital presence on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook on a daily basis posting all of the new projects and events.

“Kayla Mae” 22 year old woman from New Jersey with an honest, out-going personality and a passion for success. Young creative being a dancer, model, stylist, designer, and artist; She has an open mind and is always open to ideas or creative direction. Kayla is always a pleasure to be around and will be looking to pursuing her success within Nice Manor.
